BEFORE WE TALK
A short questionnaire
I'll send over a brief questionnaire — just a few quick questions about your project scope, timeline, spaces involved, and budget range. This helps me come to our call prepared and makes our 30 minutes as productive as possible.
COMPLIMENTARY
Discovery call (30 minutes, no charge)
We get on a call to talk through your project in more depth. I'll share how I work, walk you through my services and fees, and answer any questions you have. By the end of this call, you'll know exactly what working together would look like — and we'll both know if it's a good fit.

IF IT’S A FIT
Proposal + Contract
If we decide to move forward, I'll put together a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Once you're happy with everything, you'll sign the contract and submit your first payment to officially reserve your project start date.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Discovery + Style alignment meeting
This is where we really dig in. I'll visit your home (or connect virtually) to walk through the spaces, understand how you live day-to-day, and get a feel for what's working and what isn't. We'll also go through a design style exercise — I'll share curated imagery and we'll talk through what resonates and what doesn't. This isn't about fitting you into a category; it's about understanding your instincts so the design feels truly personal.

THE CREATIVE WORK
Design Development
With your goals and aesthetic firmly understood, I begin developing the design. Depending on the scope of your project, this may include space planning, material and finish selections, furniture sourcing, lighting plans, and custom millwork or built-in details. I'll work through the design thoroughly before presenting it to you, so what you see is considered and complete — not half-formed ideas.
LET’S LOOK AT EVERYTHING
Design Presentation Meeting
I'll present the full design to you — layouts, material boards, furniture selections, finishes, and the complete vision for your space. We'll walk through everything together and you'll have the chance to ask questions, share feedback, and make refinements. Most projects include one round of revisions as part of the scope.

BRINGING IT TO LIFE
Refinement, Ordering + Installation
Once the design is approved, I manage the rest — placing orders, coordinating with vendors and contractors, tracking deliveries, and overseeing installation. On reveal day, you walk into a space that is complete, cohesive, and entirely yours. The details that were once a source of stress have been quietly handled.
For full-service projects: I coordinate every trade and delivery so you don't have to. You stay informed without being overwhelmed.
Final payment due before installation
