When this growing company outgrew their existing office, they expanded by leasing the floor directly below their current space. The project focused on creating a seamless connection between the two levels, including the addition of a new internal stair to support easier movement and collaboration between teams. I was involved from the earliest planning stages and led the design through construction administration, coordinating closely with consultants, engineers, and the base building engineers. Delivered on a fast-paced schedule, the project was highly collaborative and resulted in a cohesive workplace that allows the organization to continue growing within a connected environment.
